SPECTROFLOW
SPECTROFLOW is a gravimetric and volumetric synchronous dosing and mixing station for granulate and regrind materials. It combines exact dosing with efficient mixing and thus ensures consistently high product quality.
The modular design with up to six flexibly configurable dosing modules makes SPECTROFLOW one of the most versatile system solutions within the motan product world. The station is available in either gravimetric, volumetric or combined versions and offers maximum flexibility for individual applications and complex end products.

SPECTROFLOW
Wide range of applications
More than just gravimetric or volumetric dosing. With space for up to six mountable dosing modules, the SPECTROFLOW can be flexibly adapted to a wide range of dosing requirements. Thanks to its modular design, the station can be operated as a gravimetric or volumetric solution – or a combination of both.
SPECTROFLOW is suitable for both starve-fed and flood-fed processes. The station can be precisely tailored to the specific application.

GRAVIFLOW weigh hopper
Precise dosing through direct weighing.A precise throughput measurement is achieved through the well-thought-out design of the GRAVIFLOW, in which only the integrated weigh bin is measured. This minimises external influences and significantly increases measuring accuracy.

Needs-based dosing
Throughput optimally adapted to the application.Dosing capacities for individual dosing modules from 0.1 to 450 kg/h can be achieved with various combinations of screws and sleeves. This means that the dosing capacity can be quickly and easily adapted to the recipe quantity, while the dosing module always runs at optimal speed.

Interchangeable dosing screws
Cost-saving and fast material changeovers. All dosing screws offered are interchangeable. The quick and easy changeover saves time and money. By changing screw-sleeve combinations, different dosing capacities can be achieved – without any time-consuming changeover using tools.

Quick cleaning
Easy cleaning due to optimal accessibility. All the dosing modules of the SPECTROFLOW are easy to clean. Thanks to the well-designed GRAVIFLOW weigh hoppers, all components can be removed easily – enabling efficient maintenance and thorough cleaning. The swivel-mounted dosing motor also allows easy access for cleaning. In addition, the dosing screw can be removed quickly and easily thanks to the practical bayonet fitting.

GRAVIMASTER control
Simple and intuitive operationThe GRAVIMASTER control system regulates the throughput of an extruder or a dosing screw. It uses gravimetric throughput measurement with the help of a GRAVIFLOW weighing hopper to precisely adjust the throughput of an extruder.
The throughput measurement method is based on the weight loss measurement over a time interval (loss-in-weight). The GRAVIMASTER control supplies the weigh hopper and in turn records the weight signal with little interference, even over a longer distance.
A clear and easy-to-use user interface distinguishes the GRAVIMASTER control. A special feature of this operation is that the extruder can be started via the speed and the gravimetric control can be activated at the operating point. This means that when the system is started, everything is still under manual control. The control has a modern full colour touch display.
